  I went to Goodman Dermatology to obtain a professional assessment of my skin and skin goals such as maintenance, even toning and anti-aging products. NOT the case when I went. I was a new patient and when they first entered my information in the system they clearly had me confused with someone else's name which was exactly like mine (not the case). They told me I had met my deductible and I did not have to pay a co-pay. Great you might say but it was NOT because I'm thinking what is going on with your record keeping you should not even have any dates or address under my name to be confused by, I am a new patient! So that was first secondly, before I could complete my new patient paperwork they were already pushing me to the back (and That's when I should have known and left when I began to feel like cattle). Once I'm in the room a nurse comes in to ask me a couple quick questions about my concerns for my visit then leaves the room. I can hear the PA giving her spiel to the patient next door. She then comes in everything is scripted from what her motives were vs what my needs and concerns were. She basically informed me of various skin conditions she said I had that I never knew existed from previous Dermatology appointments I had when I lived in Florida. Sh then attempted to sell me on Goodman Dermatology products and other advanced treatment options that I was not nearly considering. Many of the products of course she told me herself and girlfriends have used and tried (which was why she looks her age- AGED to say the least). After spending 10 minutes in the room with me, her nurse had marked off all the items to purchase in this Goodman product line brochure and had written a Rx for medications I did not agree to (which one of them I received in my mailbox a week later!!- thank God my insurance covered it at no cost...it still ended up getting thrown away). Lastly, when I reached the cashier desk she showed me the products and all the steps to take to make it work. In that short time I looked around the office and discovered that none of the employees had "Good" enough skin for me to be spending any more money or time in the office to help my skin look better. One employee looked like botox in a casket, the other appeared to be having serious hormonal and skins issues resulting in uneven, rash like skin, and small parts of a mustache growing from her face. It was DESPICABLE!!! I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone to them just an office that's a gimmick and that pushes people through in 5 minutes time slots, follow scripts, recommends only their products they can make money from and have you looking as bad as their employess. NO way to represent a professional Dermatology practice. PLEASE DO NOT GO!! There are well qualified genuine dermatologists that will meets your needs.

  I can’t say enough good things about Goodman Dermatology! I have been a patient there for almost 2 years and have had a positive experience each visit. I am currently using their Retinol Plus Soothing Serum and love it! I highly recommend this practice as well as their line of products!
