  I have been a patient of doctor Karl Heinzelmann for many years. My first contact with him, was to take care of some very bad dental work I received when I was young. Karl discussed with me a plan of action and a schedule to get all my problems fixed. He made sure to explain in detail what the various procedures were going to be. This was a long term project and Karl and his team were very proficient, reviewing and adjusting if needed, the plan of action after every visit to make sure everything was properly addressed. I had some major procedures done, from complex extractions to dental implants. I also go there on a regular basis to get my dental cleaning done. During all procedures, Karl make sure that I didn’t have any discomfort, he followed up with me after each procedure to make sure everything was OK. The quality of this work is second to none, the implants he put on my lower jaw are so well done that you could not tell the difference with real teeth! I am now scheduling to have my upper jaw done as well. Not only Karl is a great doctor, he also has a great personality that will make you at ease right away! His practice is so different than others I went to in the past, his team is extremely friendly. They treat every patient as if they were a personal friend! From the front desk to the hygienists, every one always has a smile of their face. They know how to make you comfortable, and will always take great care of you. All paperwork and claims are perfectly handled, and I never had any insurance issue. I used to hate going to the dentist, but not any longer! Thanks to doctor Heinzelmann and his team.

  I love going to my appointments because you can tell these are people who love their work. Dr. Heinzelmann is very focused on my teeth and making sure they are healthy. I'm so pleased my dentist (Dr. Roger Bermingham) sent me here!!
